This isn't Hashing in the rain
July has brought a weather pattern of strong easterly winds and temperatures up to 37c for many days. So the hare was out before 7am to mark trail for a 10am start, and this was a location chosen by little more than throwing a dart at the map - "I can set good trail anywhere' was boasted. Result , first half up a small hill to get broad views across the area north of Porto, and after a quick urban link the second followed the headwaters of the Rio Leça through verdant farmland.
Invicta means undefeated ' by rain, storm or hot weather - trail was completed, circle heard an entirely new has song, and the first Porto INVICTA fridge magnet to celebrate 10 runs by Snake Shagger was awarded.
