Never mind the weather

As if to set an appropriate environment for us to have a second singing of our hash song - 'Hashing in the rain' Run 23 was conducted in miserable, but not cold weather. After days of rain, it just kept alternating between light drizzle and heavy rain. And after several chilly days ( by Porto standards) Saturday was warm and 100% humid so every surface was wet with condensation even where sheltered form direct rain. So the hares task of marking was particularly hard - well no - the issue was the chalk became soft and marks disappeared as we watched. But ribbons and big dobbs of flour lasted long enough for the pack to find them.

So the INVICTA spirit prevailed, and with the extra Aguadente added to the mulled wine at the circle the pack was in fine spirits when the moment arrived to sing our song and close the circle.
